What is the difference between ENZA Buy Now and ENZA Group Buying?
ENZA Group NSW imports products directly from the manufacturers and on-sells them to our customers under ENZA Buy Now. This method cuts out a lot of extra costs and allows us to give you a great deal.
ENZA Group Buying is a division within ENZA Group NSW that gives you the opportunity to be part of a larger group purchasing products directly from the factory, in high quantities, achieving the best possible price.
When do I get charged?
When you purchase a product from our ENZA Buy Now section you pay with a credit or debit card at the time of purchase. Products need to be paid in full before we deliver to you. (see our Terms & Conditions for more information on Paypal purchases).
If you are purchasing a product through ENZA Group Buying your payment will only be processed if the minimum order requirement is met. If the minimum order requirement is not met then your credit card will not be charged.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email update at every step of the process.
How do I calculate delivery cost?
You don’t need to. We offer free delivery within the State of NSW and ACT for all of our products.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
No, all items need to have a physical address for shipping.
Do you ship outside of NSW & ACT?
No, all orders must be shipped to a NSW & ACT address. At 'checkout' we have links to our ENZA partners operating in other States of Australia
